Paid $2100.00 dollar lasted 2 years. Technician said they only lasted 2-3 years. To replace $651.00. I was charged $50.00 for him to tell me that. Supposedly there was a sale that day for the visit. REALLY! Every visit is more money. Why would I do it again????

Very nice tech and did a great job with supplying us with the pictures and information. The price of the 2nd uv bacteria system he mentioned was so much higher than the one we purchased last year, we opted not to proceed with it at this time.

Upon arrival, I found the system cooling, but not cooling the house due to extremely dirty filters. The clean filter got the system flowing, but the pressure and temperature were all good. However, there was a voltage absorption system out of range for the furnace. I cleaned the condenser coils and the unit was running and cooling at a 26° temperature split at departure with a 59° temperature.
